Return Material Authorization (RMA) 

RECORTEC equipment is warranted
during a period of one year from date of shipment to original purchaser
to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Certain components
may have longer warranties provided by their manufacturer; these warranties
are extended to the buyer to the extent that they apply. The liability
of the Seller under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing
by Recortec any equipment or component thereof which is returned by Buyer,
at his expense, during such period and which has not been subjected to
misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration, or accident.
RECORTEC shall have the right to final determination as to the existence
and cause of a defect. In no event shall RECORTEC be liable for incidental
or consequential damages.

For product refund/credit, items must
be returned within 30 days of invoice date in resellable, as new, condition
including manuals, software, cables, and accessories as shipped in original
order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus charges
for damaged or missing parts. Freight charges will not be refunded/credited.
Special and custom ordered products
(including CPUs and memory) are not returnable.
Products are not returnable
for refund/credit after 30 days from date of invoice.
A Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns
for repair or refund/credit. Please contact our customer service department
at (408) 928-1486 to obtain an RMA Request Form. You can also download
the RMA
Form in PDF format. All products must be
returned freight prepaid. Any products received without an RMA number
or freight collect will be refused.
